This notice explains what personal information Allan Robertson Ltd holds when you visit ar1815.com or write to us, why we hold it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Allan Robertson Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC815221, runs allanrobertson.com and ar1815.com and is responsible for your information. AR1815 is a brand of Allan Robertson Ltd. You can reach us about anything in this notice at enquiries@allanrobertson.com.

What we collect

We hold only what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address and whatever you include in your message, such as the pieces, colours or sizes you are interested in.

There are no forms, accounts or payments on our websites. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and the typeface is served from our own site rather than a third party.

When you visit

Our websites are hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify you.

How we use your information

• To reply to your correspondence.
• If you register your interest in an object, to write to you about that object when it is ready.

We do not send general marketing, and we never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

We reply to your correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us. When you register your interest, we write to you because you have asked us to, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us.

Who else handles it

Your information is seen only by the directors of Allan Robertson Ltd and handled by the providers who run our email and websites. Some of these providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for up to two years after we last write to each other, unless an ongoing conversation needs it for longer. A registration of interest is kept until the object it concerns is released, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to enquiries@allanrobertson.com and we will respond within one month.
